Introduction

The Governance module explains Liberland's official state bodies: who makes binding public decisions, who handles administration, and how new operational branches can be created when the community actually needs them.

Congress establishes public policies and processes. The Chancellery puts them into practice, running the government and administration day to day. Its staff can include clerks, secretaries, ministers, and managers, while additional operations can be created as the community grows into them.
